38 weeks and having lots of pressure in my bum

So for the last hour I've been having lot of pressure in my butt, like I have to have a bowel and then sometimes rotates to the front as cramps with lil nauseated. However my lil one is still moving making it worse. Is this Braxton Hicks contractions or labor? I'm 2cm dilated and 75%effaced
