Dental work while pregnant?

I had a filling fall out and now I need to go to the dentist to get it fixed. :-( has anyone been to the dentist for a similar situation while pregnant? And is it safe? I'm supper worried 😩

Yep had a cavity filled at 16 weeks. I made them aware of it

I had to get a root canal at 24 weeks pregnant and it was fine, they used medicine that was safe for me and the baby 👶🏼

I had 4 back teeth out when i was 7 months pregnant, all in one go! I had a grinding problem in my sleep and i broke them! They started really hurting so dentist said best to just get rid of them. Best thing i ever did! If you tell them youre pregnant theyll take all precautions they need to

I actually had a dentist apt today, it's completely safe just make you let them know you are pregnant

It's fine. I'm a dental assistant and the anesthetic they use is safe. If you need an xray, tell them to double drape you.
