Negative blood test but pregnancy symptoms

I was 13dpo when I had the blood test. Today I am 16dpo and in the past few days my boobs have started hurting very bad and I'm peeing a lot! My period is due tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant and these are just AF symptoms. Is there still a chance or not? When I had the blood test done it was 3 weeks and 3 days from my last period
