IUI, confused, advice and tips please?

Hello ladies! 
I just got the Rxs for Provera and femara (generics I believe) but have not yet started taking them. I will post the note my doctor gave me for instructions. I just wanted to know if any of you have had an IUI and what your experience was. Did you take anything else (vitamins or supplements) that helped? Any old wives tales you followed or anything you think helped you get a BFP. This is my first IUI and I am nervous. Thank you!

I'm currently on day 5 of my first round of Provera. Let me know how it goes for you. So far the Provera has made my PMS symptoms super intense (poor hubby lol) I take Fish oil, a prenatal, and a DHA everyday also. I drink stinging nettle tea, it's supposed to help with fertility, it doesn't taste very good tho. So hopefully this will be my month. Good luck. Lots of sticky baby dust to you!

Wow, I can't believe they wrote it out like that, no wonder you're confused!! I got pregnant on my first iui but used different meds (clomid and ovidrel) but the process of taking them looks similar. So basically take an ovulation test every day on days 9-16, and when you get a positive call and schedule the iui. I switched to folate prenatal vitamins instead of folic acid, took DHA prenatals and ate pineapple core for a few days after ovulation. If you have any questions on the meds definitely call the office so they can clarify for you. Good luck!!!
