Tomorrow night is the first night I'm going to attempt to break my 9mo son out of co sleeping with us and into his crib. I rock him to sleep every night. I was told to put him in his crib awake and get him used to that so that way he doesn't freak out when he wakes and I'm not there. Successful stories from you moms? What was your method? Successful Routines? I'm willing to keep trying even though I know I will lose lots of sleep, it will be worth it in the end.
