AF help
So I got AF the day before predicted but I'm always regular so a day out is no big deal. However this time round I am bleeding so much heavier than usual and having more constant and painful cramps than I ever have.
Not sure what's going on. When I was younger I never got cramps at all. When I became sexually active at 18 I got a couple here and there but never had terrible ones.
I'm currently 27 so have had a few years in between but this is the worst!
Should I be concerned?
