need some opinions - 6.5 weeks, 32,000 hcg, no yolk sac

I spent the last 7 hours at the ER because I started spotting off and on since yesterday . Today I saw red and immediately went to get it checked out (haven't bled since) They seemed pretty confident that I wasn't at risk to miscarry. They ordered an U/s and both vaginal and the stomach one showed a gestational sac but no yolk sac or baby. My LMP was 3/22 which would put me at 6.5 wks and my doc said it was unusual to have an hcg level of 32,000 without seeing a yolk sac. (Typically past 5,000 they can see it)

Potentially, I may not have a viable pregnancy or I could be even earlier than 6 weeks. Anyone have any advice or thoughts? Pretty distraught and I go back for another u/s in two days--seems like a lifetime away. Thanks in advance .
