Really early period symptoms??!

I was wondering if any other ladies expirience anything like this. About 5 days after AF is over. I begin to get all the normal period symptoms. But they usually last the next three weeks until I actually get AF and then during I still have the same symptoms. It's absolutely exhausted. I feel like I have maybe a week of peace and feeling relaxed and like my normal self. It's hard since we are TTC they are pretty much all the same symptoms of pregnancy and I spend every month wondering if I am! know I've been to the doctor about it and they of course suggested birth control! Clearly not going to work for me. Anyone have any suggestions or comments if they are dealing with this as well.
