8 months pp TIRED

So I am 8 months pp with baby number 2! So im still ebf and adding solids too but I started my first pp period in march and last month in april I was a week late weird right but anyways after it was over I was off for 2 days and then spotted for 13 days and Im so so soooo tired like could fall asleep standing up I feel like poo and nausea here and there and I have had a bad headache for two weeks now comes and goes any one have anything like this too? Any clues never like this with my first!! Doctors appt Wednesday!
