Is this normal?

Is it normal to be this small at 26 weeks? It's my second and I am smaller now then I was with my son, and this one is a girl. Would it have something to do with it being a different gender this time?

Your dr should be measuring your fundal height, etc. at all of your appts at this point. There is no difference in how boys carry vs. girls, that's all old-wives tales. BUT all of our bodies are different, just like our children. You look beautiful and as long as your dr isn't concerned, don't worry. :)

They measure fundal height at every appointment, if baby was meausuring small they would have said something. I'm very small as well but baby is right on track! Keep taking great care of yourself and keep your body strong, labor and delivery will be here before we know it :)

I think you look beautiful and lean. Have you had any measurements over your bump to ascertain whether baby growing ok? I had my first measurement at 24 weeks and was reassuring, can't remember name of measurement but if someone else can you could look it up and measure yourself?? X
