Am I going crazy

I'm about 12 days late

Over the past days I've been felling super bad

On April 21-22 I had some spotting I thought it was my period but it wasn't , I have horrible headaches, back pain my boobs are now starting to hurt it started with one then it ended with both of them to hurt now , today I have a discharge CM very watery and sticky so I took a pregnancy test and I see a vvfl but I don't know maybe I want it to be positive 😣 can someone see it too ? Or am I just seeing lines
