Scared mommy

Hi mommies! Im on my second baby...im 6 weeks and 4 days along and today i started to get a sharp pain on my lower right abdomen. Mostly if i like cough or move wrong. I read that this is common with ectopic pregnancies. I am so scared and cant stop crying. I havent been to the dr yet and im not scheduled until may 25th. Idk what i would tell my 4 year old...and cant emotionally handle a loss. Ive been praying all day for it to be nothing and for my baby to be okay. Any other mommies have this and it be a normal pregnancy? Please...
