worried no more sickness

I'm waiting on a call back from my dr but I tested Saturday morning (7times lol) and they were all positive. I haven't had any more sickness since I got my BFP and now I'm freaking out that I'm going to lose this one. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I just calm down or what? I still feel very tired though.
