Is it normal to only have sore breast and no other symptoms at 6 weeks?

I've been to the doctor all levels are great I just don't really have any symptoms although I did get super nauseous when I smell bacon yesterday but my mom said it had nothing to do with pregnancy that it was because I hadn't eaten

Symptoms don't indicate a healthy pregnancy. I've never had any major symptoms and I'm 20 weeks with a perfectly healthy baby

I'm 6x1 I haven't really had any symptoms either. I have sensitive nipples, slight cramping that comes and goes when I don't drink enough water, and I'm tired. I mean I'm always tired so I guess I should say more tired at the end of the day.

My first appointment isn't until May 19th so it's good to hear I'm not the only one.

Perfectly normal. 
Some women have all the symptoms you can think of, other have zero and the only way they knew is from doing a test.
Some ladies don't find out until they're in labour because they didn't have a single pregnancy symptom!

Some ladies (myself included) have a few symptoms here and there :)

They can change, get worse, get better. It doesn't mean you're any less pregnant because you've only had sore boobies :)

There are over 100 pregnancy 'symptoms' and getting any combination of them is 'normal' if your dr says you're good, you're all set: lack of symptoms alone isn't any cause for concern. Enjoy the lack of morning sickness!!

Yes perfectly normal that was my only symptoms and I thanks god for that been an easy pregnancy 35 weeks today. When you get father along you can get symptoms over time
