My CM looks the same right now and I had a both faint positives and negatives including a negative blood test over a week ago and I just took this one Thursday and it looked like this....I have an ultrasound scheduled Thursday coming up...I'd go do a blood test or wait a few days and retest again. I see the line though for sure.
