Natural Labor Prep :)

Since I am past the halfway mark I have kicked into overdrive. We are planning a natural birth at a birth center and we are now looking into classes. I've heard great things about Hypnobirthing but I am unsure on if we will be able to take the class in enough time due to not many being available and summer ones being really expensive $400+. My birth center offers a natural birth workshop that we will be taking and I am thinking about purchasing the Hypnobirthing book and watching videos to try to learn as much as I can. My main goal is staying focus and remaining positive because as I get closer I second guess if I am strong enough to do this.
