Would you wait?

My best friend and I met 2 1/2 years ago. He was a freshman I was a sophomore. He can't date til he is 17. He will be 17 in 7 months. He is me better half, my best friend, and more than amazing to me. I've waited 2 1/2 out of the 3 years so far and it's hard to believe we will finally be able to date. Would you wait for you SO if they couldn't date for another year atleast?( comment below)
