getting eaten out

I know that I'm clean and sanitary but I also am very self conscious, so my boyfriend wants to eat me out but I won't let him because of my own fear of rejection. He's eaten me out twice before but that's because he just went for it without any indication or warning and I just went along with it, but the moment he asks for permission I say no. I don't know if I'm the only one like this?
