why does my belly look pregnant but in not having no pregnancy symptoms

Could be getting your period, could be gassy, could have a food baby! Not to be rude but if you were pregnant depending on your body and how far along you may not have symptoms not to mention you really don't start to have a "pregnant" belly till 20 weeks. It isn't accurate to ask us to diagnosis your bloated belly. Take a test!
