High Days to Low days with my OPK

I've been using OPKs for a few months now, but I'm experiencing something new. I'm using clear blue advanced digital which tells me either low days, high days or peak days. This cycle so far I've had low days and then four high days and now it's back to low days without having a peak day. Does this mean I haven't and won't ovulate this cycle? I think on the high days the test recognized an increase in estrogen but that I haven't had an increase in LH which for this test indicates a peak day?
