RE appointment today

Today my husband and I are back to the RE. We made an initial consulatation back in February to see if we had anything to really be worrying about, US looked great, no diagnosis of PCOS, both our initial blood work came back great.. so we decided we'd still still like to TTC naturally. Well, 3 months later and I still haven't had a period or a BFP... so we go back today to discuss our options as we decided we're going to pursue with next tests. I'm so nervous!!! They already told me I will definitely need to schedule an HSG & a hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy (I won't be getting that done today) I think I'm going in for more blood work and they will probably give me something to bring on AF. I was just curious if anyone had any experiences they'd like to share, like how long after they started their journey with the RE did it take to conceive. I know everyone is different, just looking for some positive encouragement!! I'll be 31 this Saturday and I would really love for this year to be the best yet!! ☺️
