What form of birth control is better in your opinion ?

Answer

I think it really depends on you. I preferred the IUD but I know others have had issues with it. I have issues remembering to take even my vitamin so the IUD worked for me. I absolutely hated the pill. I took it after I had my daughter and it caused me to have severe mood swings and I broke out with acne really bad. I dont really thing any one kind is better than the other. I would just suggest doing research to see which method would work for the individual.
