Vent...

I just can't be strong anymore. Ive taken 4 doses of pills to try to avpid a D&C for my missed miscarriage last month and they haven't done what they should. Now I have to go in tomorrow for ANOTHER ultrasound and if it hasn't worked I still have to have a D&C. I guess its partially my fault because I wanted to do whatever I could to avoid this, but this is just crazy. Why is my body doing this to me? Why can't things just go the way they should? I just can't do this and just know I'll be told tomorrow that I'll need the D&C anyways. Just absolutely broken....
