help I'm late 🙄

I'm late and I don't know if I'm pregnant or not  🙄 I had sex during my fertile week and I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years but we're not planning on a baby. I took a 1st response test the day I was supposed to start and it was negative. I'm light headed, dizzy, bloated, mild cramps, head aches.Please help if you can I'm never late on my period ever and plus I'm not on birth control bc they make me sick
