I'm in the US and even though there are non discrimination laws, you're much less likely to get hired if you're pregnant and that's because there is usually no way to prove that they chose not to hire you because of your pregnancy.

I would tell them. I would rather them know what they were getting in to up front and be willing to work with me then to deceive them and not be covered under FMLA and let go while on maternity leave. 
I was 9 weeks pregnant when I was offered a good job and surprisingly the company was extremely understanding and accepting. They told me it's the 21st century and women have babies! No big deal. I wish you luck.

I live in a state where they can fire you for no reason I would rather tell them upfront.  The last 2 jobs I got I was expecting.  The first was for assistant manager at arbys I was 5 months pregnant. The second I was 2 months pregnant I wanted just a serving job I was offered 2 different jobs both wanting me for management buti told them I didn't want the stress

During an interview you do not have to disclose that information. If you get offered the job, then that is the time to bring it up.

They're definitely fishing but within the law... In this particular case I think it's safe to assume if you tell them you're pregnant you won't get hired. I would not say anything since you're early enough along that you can simply say it was too early to tell anyone(not that you have to tell them, of course) . but keep in mind you may get some dirty side eye when you do tell them you're pregnant  (obviously they can't  fire you for being pregnant. But no law has to make them like you. And since they're clearly looking for this kind of info, I can see them reacting negativity. Just keep it in mind).
