Can someone please explain to me what "normal" pregnancy discharge looks like ?

There's no way to do so as it varies from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy

I don't really think there's a exact "normal". I've had (tmi) discharge that's white and creamy to clear and watery. There are times I've had tons and then none. As long was it's not itchy, a strange color or smelly you're probably fine. Always check with a doctor if you're concerned.
