How long?

How long was it until you got your bfp? If it was long than 4+ yrs comment how you achieved your bundle of joy!

I literally gave up trying. Not just saying it but finally coming to terms within myself that I'll be okay without a child and seeing myself that way for the future. So I stopped tracking and everything else. :-)

In the meantime, I'd been feeling sluggish so I finally went to my docs office to get bloodwork done to make sure I was okay. I found out I had extremely low vitamin d levels and was put on a prescription for it. About 2 months later, I got pregnant. I think getting my health together helped me with getting pregnant.

My husband and I hadn't prevented for 7 years and I had never gotten pregnant. We finally decided we would involve the Drs and he had a sperm analysis done and before those results got back I had my bfp! This time it took us 8 months of ttc to get a bfp and I miscarried at 6 weeks 5 days.

We just stopped trying. I said if it is meant to be that it will happen and I stopped worrying about it. Then a few weeks later I found out I was pregnant. Best surprise ever! Now we're trying for baby #2 but it hasn't happened yet.
