Group B Strep 2nd pregnancy
This is a question for 2nd or 3rd, etc moms who tested positive for GBS with their first pregnancy and had to have a penicillin drip during labor: what was the protocol with your second labor and delivery?
I'm expecting my 2nd and the penicillin drip with my first delayed my labor by 2 hours (I ended up getting the epidural at 10cm when I was ready to push but couldn't because there was still 2 hours left on the penicillin drip) I want to have this baby natural and with no interventions and I need to know if it's even possible after having my first labor hindered by GBS.
