Anyone else have IBS and pregnant?

Morning sickness, IBS, and heart burn are killing me. Plus all the bloating. I cant eat without major bloating. Idk what to do. The doc said fiber. All that does is land me in the bathroom for hours. Suggestions?

Yep! I have IBS and Dyspepsia. I have been having a hard time eating "meals" tho so my IBS is actually better than prepregnancy. I "graze" all day. I also find sticking to the FODMAP diet/food list really helps.  I stay away from sugary, fizzy and acidic drinks and that helps my heat burn. Good luck!

Try staying very hydrated, eating healthy whole foods that you can tolerate, colace to soften stool and you should feel better within 12 to 72 hours
