I would really like to try hypnobirthing however I hardly know anything about it, and I am due in just a few weeks. I am not able to attend any classes/courses or I am not in a position to purchase any home study kits. Do you think it's still possible? What are my best resources? Any recommendations such as books, websites, apps, dvds, cds, YouTube clips or even just advice or personal experience?
