who has had success after laparoscopy?

I recently found out I have endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy last week to see if I did have endo and well I did.  The doctor ablated a small amount. I have a follow up appointment in 6 weeks to find out more.
We have been Ttc for 2 years, 4 rounds of clomid and one round of Ivf. 
So I was wondering how long did it take you to get pregnant after laparoscopy and did you need Ivf or was it natural?

We tried for exactly one year. I tried four rounds of Clomid from July-November but gave in and had a lap Nov.18th. My doctor was pushing for me to get pregnant because the Endo pain was nearly unbearable and he felt it was one of the only ways to relieve it (I also desperately wanted a baby). We were trying for a year but hadn't prevented for at least three. Well, Dec.18 started the next full cycle. I did a round of Femara and that cycle I got pregnant. I was monitored like crazy in the beginning to be sure I was healed enough to carry the baby properly but my doctor recommended we try right away. The cycle of the surgery we didn't have sex at all but the next one was all it took. I'm not sure that it's super common, though.
