Should I worry or not?

I'm 16 wks and 3 days should I worry if I don't feel baby move or flutters everyday. Because today I haven't felt that much today?

Fetal movement counting doesn't begin until 28w because up until that point your baby has so much "free float" space (as my OB calls it). Baby is probably moving but it's somewhere you can't feel because your uterus is much larger than the baby is!

Also, if you have an anterior placenta like I do, you probably won't feel a ton of movement until around 24+ weeks
