I know it's a complex subject and it's something that people feel helps them during a tough time, but nobody wants to see you hurt yourself or feel like it's necessary. I don't know if this will help anyone but I seen it and thought I would share just incase! I have never self harmed but have been close to some people who do, I'll never understand why but it broke my heart that they felt they needed to!
