anybody else feel faint when standing for a long time?

Question

Every time I stand for a longish period of time, such as taking a shower or browsing in the store, I suddenly get sweaty, dizzy, nauseous, see spots in my eyes, and have the feeling that I'm going to pass out. This makes me have to sit on the floor for a bit if I'm out in public, and it's super annoying. I'm 31 weeks. Is this normal? Has anybody experienced this?

Mine is the exact same ... I be standing at church and I get this bright light in my eyes I get dizzy my head starts too hurt it sucks !

I got light headed sometimes, but yours sounds more extreme than mine. I'd definitely talk to your doctor.

I had it with my daughter who is now 17 months. My doctor said when you stand for so long the blood pools in your legs and your bodies response is to pass out so the blood can get circulated back up to your brain. I use to always just drop and sit wherever I was. You never want to fall while pregnant! Hope it gets better for you!

Are you keeping hydrated? Blood sugar up and balanced? Blood pressure not too high? To remedy any of this issues, I would drink 1.5 liters of a good coconut water like via coco. It should help a lot. It helps hydrate you, helps with blood sugar and helps lower blood pressure. Also, I know it sounds silly but try grazing your food - lots of small, healthy, protein-carb balanced  meals throughout the day. 💗 I get dizzy someone too and food and coconut water help a lot. Xx

I experience this too im 15 weeks and 3 days and I relate. With my last pregnancy this happened and they said it was some kind of hypertension. But i have an appointment on Monday so lets see what they say.
