ttc with mild yeast infection..

Has anyone ttc with a mild yeast infection? I just noticed the odor and discoloration. But it doesn't burn when I pee or when we bd. I ovulated yesterday and we had sex then and the day before and tonight. I'm just nervous that infection killed my chances :/ any positive stories? I took diflucan tonight.
