Prenatal Pill, Vitamins...important question ???

Hello,
​I just found out today I am pregnant with my first child!! Probably happiest moment of my life. I couldn't get an appointment till I was 7 weeks along and I know that is completely normal. I am just wondering if I should be taking any vitamins or prental pills until then?? I went to the doctors last year and he gave me a prescription of prenatal pills and I looked at the bottle today and the expiration date is September 2014. I just want my little poppy seed to get his or her nutrients!! Responses will be appreciated you girls rock !!

Yep start now! You can buy them over the counter at any drugstore or store with a pharmacy (most big box stores). My obgyn suggested costco vitamins, but I'm taking some I bought at target.
