2nd Baby??

Question

Okay, so my husband and I have been discussing having a second baby. We want to start trying around the end of summer beginning of fall. 
At that rate, the baby would be born a few months after my oldest 2nd birthday.

What are your experiences with this age difference? Yay or nay?

I don't think it's about the ages, more about the parents and how they invite closeness and handle conflict. My parents were terrible at this, and my sister and I were terrors growing up (best friends now). Other siblings similar in age that we know, were always amazingly close. If you give yourself the tools to handle it, your family will thrive.

My two boys are two years and two days apart (3/20/14 and 3/22/16). I love the age gap. Not going to lie, it was rough initially but has gotten way better. They are going to be great friends growing up. We are actually thinking about having a third soon and keeping the age gap around the same. Good luck!

I wanted my children before 30 but I got married late. Had my first last year April and was suppose to start planning baby 2 by December but I I found out a week after my LO first birthday that I was pregnant.
Confused on whether to keep it but we decided to just go ahead and hope for the best. Ps I don't miss the feeling of being pregnant, nausea is a b****

We decided to start trying again for baby #2! I have a lot of issues with my ovaries so dr said the sooner the better but still nervous about having two! Our 13 month old is very well behaved for the most part and has been sleeping all night since about 5 months and also takes her naps very well so hoping it won't be to much of a change!

We were going to do the same thing. But just found out I'm 6 weeks along! Now I feel like it's too soon!!!

I love the under two age gap personally. I have three that are 2 years apart (April, May, and June in order from oldest to baby #3)  and Baby 3 and 4 are 2 and a half years apart and I can see a wall between them literally. 4 and 5 are a year and a half apart and I love it so much!! I'm glad 6 and 7 will be a year and four months apart. Especially since 5 and 6 are 3 years apart and 3 and 4 have a wall between their gap. 
I say close to 2 and preferably under. My first two are 2 years and 2 weeks and 2 and 3 are 2 years and a month.
