Is anyone else trying to conceive with artificial insemination? Or maybe you've tried and it works, do you have any tips?

Hey my wife an I have actually had a successful AI. We used a smaller needless syringe because the 10ml ones seemed to big coated the cervix which our donor produced in a cup placed legs up for about 20mins then placed a soft cup in just to keep things up around the cervix area for about 12 hours. We currently have a 1year old daughter and the trying for a second
