Am I looking pregnant?

I am almost 15 weeks with twins and I feel like I just have a giant jelly roll instead of the flatish stomach I usually have. Do I look pregnant or like a giant doughnut? >.< the bad part is when I went to the doctor I lost about 5 pounds instead..
