Not again .... possible 2nd miscarriage in a row

I'm 39 and had a recent miscarriage in January (1st pregnancy ever) We weren't really trying but got pregnant two weeks after wedding in December. I had some what they suspected was implantation bleeding and then pain and major dizziness and OB/GYN sent me to ER to check for ectopic. Was an inuterine pregnancy showing only gestational and yoke sacs measuring 5w4d (I would have been around 7 weeks by LMP) with HCG of 25K. Additional draws showed slow rise HCG (+400 3 days later, + 1200 3 days after that) and additional scan showed no fetal pole or heart beat. Had a D&C February 1st. Waited for first cycle at end of March. Was temping and ovulated April 12th and we are pregnant again. I am 6w1d. Went to new practice (didn't like old one), had 2 HCG draws - 5200 and 5 days later 13,300 which nurse said was good and to schedule early US. That HCG was from Tuesday 5/9 and has US today Friday 5/12. They saw gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole or hb. I measure exactly 6w1d so right on schedule gestational sac size wise. Scheduled for follow-up US next Friday. Anybody have a similar experience and see their bean the next week at ~7 weeks?
