Are you letting baby empty first breast before offering the second?

That's a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance and it will eventually regulate itself, but until then, pump until let down before feeding-baby is getting too much foremilk. I dealt with this a little bit, too. If it still doesn't fix itself, go see a lactation consultant.
