I'm 10 weeks postpartum. My SO and I had sex for the first time last night. We tried at 7 weeks but it was too painful. My question is can sex effect your milk supply? I have a low supply. Take all kinds of supplements so that I can make about 90% of what my son needs (yes this has been confirmed by multiple LCs). This morning when I woke up I was leaking. Which never happens to me. I fed my son and I went back to bed while his dad watched him. That was at 5 am. My son needed to eat at 9ish again and I was leaking while feeding him again! Is this just a fluke? Or did somehow having sex cause it?
