How did you tell friends or family you were having troubles getting pregnant?  I have started to eat better, stop drinking, and taking care of myself hoping to get pregnant.  People are noticing and constantly accusing me of being pregnant.  I don't want to see my friends or family anymore because I am fighting off tears.  We wanting to keep our trying a secret but I'm not sure how much "teasing" I can take.  Our first appointment is in a couple weeks
