How to track period with IUD?
So I have an IUD in, and I don't really have PERIODS. I have the symptoms (cramping , bloating , mood swings..etc) just without the bleeding. So how do I properly track my cycle if I'm not bleeding ?
Anyone have a simple way of doing if ?
