Are vision black outs normal?

I'm 11 wks it's only happened once but my vision went almost completely black for about a minute.  I have an appointment Monday just wondering if anyone knows.

No it's not. It can indicate an issue with blood sugars or blood pressure. That being said my mfm said it could also be something else brought on by pregnancy but I forget the name she gave it. Definitely keep an eye on how you're feeling and if it happens again. If it does happen again don't let your dr blow it off.

It's not normal but it's common. I have it every now and then even at 26w. It's either blood pressure or blood sugar

Me too.....my hearing goes out as well.

Same thing happened to me once in my second trimester. I was taking a hot shower right after I woke up. I started feeling dizzy and everything turned black so I sat down. I said a prayer, the water got colder, I opened my eyes and had my vision back.
