HELP!!!

I'm wondering if any mom could help me figure out what these bumps are. He's had them for 2 days now, prior to these rash he did have a fever and was fussy due to his morals growing in. Just trying to see if I should freak out or remain calm. He's up running around and eating/nursing the same.

Please help, waiting for the on call nurse to return call before I head to the ER!
