Currently TTC, swollen lymph node groin area

Me & my boyfriend are currently TTC. For about 2 years I have been dealing with swollen lymph nodes in my groin area. They come & go, & are very painful. I am scared, Im hoping it isn't something serious I haven't been to the doctor to get it checked out because im scared of what they might say. I have been pregnant before but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Im wondering if it has something to do with this. I just really need someone to reassure me that it will be okay & that I am able to get pregnant. Please is there anyone out there who deals with anything like this ?
