Horrible cramps after moving heavy things

Today I moved back from college and I had a ton of bins to move. This morning I moved them into the car this my mom and then in the evening I moved all them out and up to my room. Then a couple of hours later, BAM. THE. WORST. STABBING. AWFUL. TWISTING. PAIN. In my ovaries and the with my uterus! I thought I was having endometriosis with a while because the pain felt like maybe I was growing a new lining on the outside of my uterus (my period just ended 1-2 days ago). 

My sister thinks maybe I ruptured a cyst (or cysts) in my ovaries and that's why they were hurting first. 

But this was serious pain. I could. Not. Move. AT ALL from this pain and was curled up on my couch for a couple of hours because the pain meds saved me.
