I am G 2 P 0 ( second pregnancy no live kids) miscarried my last at 5 weeks. Went to er last night hcg was 186 i just took a home test by chance earlier that day.. I had an hcg two weeks ago n it was negative and that was around day 15 in my cycle.. I had really intense cramps 2 nights in a row before i went to the er and some mild last night..

Am i right on track? All my aps put me at 4 weeks but my labs n the fact i just came up + im really 2 weeks.. Lmp was 2/5. My home test was + in 30 sec... Took 2 both were boom.. No gestational sac but it looks good since it isnt seen til over 1000..
