Chinese herbal tea & acupuncture for pregnancy

Has anyone tried the chinese herbal tea with acupuncture for pregnancy? This cycle my therapist gave me the herbal tea to drink its the most vile tasting tea i have had to drink for the past few days! since ive started taking it my body feels really weak i've had diaorhhea and been feeling really sick and have vomitted, im not gna drink it anymore, has anyone had any experience with these herbs positive or negatives???
